The Controller and More Update V1.31

The newest update for Sapphire and Iron (V1.31) has been pushed!

Enjoy these new features:

* Full controller support (specifically for Xbox controllers)

* Two brand new items added to the starting gift pool!

* Ice Caverns layout changed.

* Slightly updated enemy AI to make bosses more fun to fight.

* Made UI updates as well as minor graphical changes. 

* The bonfires must now be lit manually. For  a e s t h e t i c s.

* The old man can be murdered! Be responsible with your axe. 

* Fixed a game-breaking bug!
